MARIAM CEESAY, MD

Physician

Dr. Mariam Ceesay is an OB/GYN physician known for her compassion and dedication towards her patients. Her journey is remarkable, starting from the "Smiling Coast of Africa", Gambia. Dr. Ceesay is passionate about improving women’s lives through academic excellence and commitment.

KAT PHAM, MD

Physician

Dr. Pham completed her medical education at the Texas College of Osteopathic Medicine in Fort Worth. She furthered her expertise through a residency in OB/GYN at Texas Tech University Health Science Center in Lubbock. In addition, her background is in Molecular Biology, which she acquired during her undergraduate studies at the University of Texas at Dallas, adds depth to her medical knowledge.

ALLISON MCBRAYER, MD

Physician

Dr. Allison McBrayer was born and raised in Keller, Texas. She received her undergraduate degree from Stephen F. Austin University in Nacogdoches, Texas and attended medical school at Texas Tech Health Science Center in Lubbock, Texas.

ALYSSA PRICE, MD

Physician

Growing up she always knew she wanted to be a doctor. There are no other doctors within her family, but she has always known this is what she wanted to be when she grew up. Dr. Price fell in love with OBGYN as a specialty when she began her 3rd-year rotations.

RICHARD WAGNER, DO

Physician

A Dallas native, Dr. Richard Wagner joined MacArthur Medical Center in 2019. He received his undergraduate degree from the University of Oklahoma in Norman, OK. He then returned home to Texas for medical school and residency. Dr. Wagner earned his medical degree from Texas College of Osteopathic Medicine in Fort Worth, TX and completed his residency in Obstetrics and Gynecology at Texas Tech University Health Sciences Center in Amarillo, TX. During his training, he developed an interest in breast cancer. He decided to further pursue this passion after residency and completed a fellowship in Breast Oncology at Texas Tech University Health Sciences Center in Lubbock, TX.

JEFFREY WANG, DO

Physician

Dr. Jeffery Wang believes practicing medicine is one of the most important ways one can love and to care for other people. Specifically, doing so allows him the ability to “serve and to give back to the communities that raised me.” He is a child of the Metroplex, born and raised here and he couldn’t think of a better place to live, serve and partner with his patients.

PETER SAKOVICH, MD

Physician

Dr. Peter Sakovich is a board certified obstetrician and gynecologist by the American Board of Obstetrics and Gynecology. Dr. Sakovich received his bachelor’s degree from Texas Christian University in Fort Worth, Texas. He then attended Texas Tech Medical School in Lubbock, Texas. Graduating in 1982, Dr. Sakovich began a family practice residency at John Peter Smith Hospital in Forth Worth. He then completed his residency in obstetrics and gynecology. From 1987-1994 he was in practice at Northeast Medical Clinic Association in the mid-cities. In 1994, he moved to Irving and founded MacArthur OB/GYN. After delivering over 5,000 babies Dr. Sakovich states that each delivery is still special and miraculous.

JEFF LIVINGSTON, MD

Physician

Dr. Jeff Livingston joined MacArthur OB/GYN in 2003 and now serves as the CEO of MacArthur Medical Center He is a board certified obstetrician and gynecologist by the American Board of Obstetrics and Gynecology. Dr. Livingston grew up in Dallas graduating from J.J. Pearce High School. He then attended Trinity University in San Antonio, Texas where he played basketball and majored in Spanish. He then returned to Dallas to attend the University of Texas Southwestern Medical School. After completing his residency at Parkland Memorial Hospital, he moved to Irving to work with MacArthur OB/GYN. He is fluent in Spanish, sign language and functional french.

ELIA FANOUS, MD

Physician

Dr. Elia Fanous joined MacArthur OB/GYN in January of 2008. He is a board certified obstetrician and gynecologist by the American Board of Obstetrics and Gynecology. Dr. Fanous went to Baylor University and graduated with a Bachelor degree in Biology with a Chemistry minor. He then enrolled in graduate school at Baylor and received a Master of Clinical Gerontology degree. He went on to medical school at Texas Tech and graduated in 2001. After finishing medical school, he completed his training in OB/GYN at the University of Tennessee in Memphis, and then started practicing in Irving in 2005.

REBECCA GRAY, MD

Physician/MMC- Chief Medical Officer

Dr. Gray is a board certified obstetrician and gynecologist by the American Board of Obstetrics and Gynecology. She is a graduate of the University of Louisville majoring in biology. From 1998 to 2003 she was a Doctoral Candidate in the Department of Neurobiology and Anatomical Sciences. From 2003 to 2007, she attended University of Kentucky College of Medicine before moving to Dallas, Texas for her residency. Among her awards, she received the Outstanding Fourth Year Medical Student Teaching Award and winner of the AOA Medical Honor Society Student Research Day. She is also the Vice Chairman of the OB/GYN Department at Texas Health Harris HEB Hospital. She serves as the Director of HEB Services for MacArthur Medical Center.

RESHMA PATEL, MD

Physician

Dr. Reshma Patel is from just south of here — born and raised in Cleburne – so for her, this is a special place to be. The community MacArthur serves is diverse, compassionate, lively and friendly – attributes that she loves – making for an excellent place to start a medical career.

BRIAN ENGGANO, MD

Physician

For Dr. Brian Enggano, the most gratifying part of his work is his ability to touch lives especially for those who need it the most. The concept of providing world-class care and exceeding his patient’s expectations is at the heart of the way he practices. It is this very approach in which he is building his practice as a physician here at MacArthur OBGYN.

ANDREA ARGUELLO, MD

Physician

Dr. Andrea Arguello, a New York transplant who now calls Houston her hometown, was inspired to practice medicine by her father, who is also a physician. However, while she always admired his work and the personal care he provided his patients, it was not until she served as a volunteer clinical interpreter at Ben Taub Hospital in Houston for two years that she learned that practicing medicine was also her life’s passion.

JAMES CARLEO, MD

Physician

Dr. Carleo is a native of the Northeast, born in New Jersey and spent his childhood in Boston, Massachusetts. He attended Rochester Institute of Technology where he achieved a Bachelor’s degree in BioTechnology. He then attended the University of Rochester for his Medical Doctorate degree, and completed his residency training in obstetrics & gynecology at the University of Texas, Parkland Hospital in Dallas. Board certification given by the American Board of Obstetrics & Gynecology in 2005. He has over 13 years of experience in a private practice setting. He practiced in South Texas for 5 years, then Vancouver Washington for 8 years.

STACEY THOMAS, MD

Physician

Stacey Thomas, MD, knew at the age of 10 that she wanted to be a physician in a sign of love and support for her mother who was a registered nurse at a busy hospital in Southern California. But, her dream is older than that; Thomas knew since she can first remember that she wanted to care for people.

KIM SAKOVICH, MS, RNC, WHNP

Nurse Practitioner

Kim Sakovich, MS, RNC, WHNP joined MacArthur OB/GYN as a Women’s Health Nurse Practitioner in 2006. She brings over 30 years of experience in the medical field ranging from emergency medicine, operating room technology and nursing. After graduating from Texas Woman’s University, she began working in labor and delivery at Baylor Medical Center of Irving. She was selected as one of the Great 100 Nurses in the DFW area in 2004. She went back to TWU and received her Masters of Science and her Women’s Health Nurse Practitioner certification in 2006.

SUMMER MIGONI, PA-C

Physician Assistant

Serving patients is what drew physician assistant Summer Migoni into medicine. The most important aspect of her career in medicine is getting to know patients, and helping them navigate their healthcare journey. In fact, patient education is the most important part of her work in the practice, she says, because patients that are able to fully understand their bodies and conditions are best able to understand the care protocols they will receive.

ANNE FULLER, PA-C

Physician Assistant

Originally from Waco, Texas. Anne Fuller became fascinated with medicine working as a social worker for five years in office clinics. Anne new studying medicine would fulfill her role to treat patients’ health and mental health.

JENNIFER ROCKHOLD, CNM

Midwife

Originally from Buena Vista, Colorado, Jennifer Rockhold has lived in Texas for over 10 years. Jen received an Associate’s Degree in Nursing from Rhodes State College in Ohio, graduating with Academic Honors and making the Dean’s List two years in a row. After working as a labor and delivery nurse, she completed a Bachelor of Science in Nursing degree from the University of Texas in Arlington, graduating Summa Cum Laude. Rockhold received her Doctorate of Nursing Practice from Baylor University in 2020.

MARTHA ZAVALA, CNM

Midwife

Martha Muniz Zavala, DNP, CNM recognized her passion to serve and advocate for women during her high school years when she participated in an internship program at Parkland Memorial Hospital in Dallas. Translating for the Spanish-speaking women changed her life in a profound way-acting as the voice for women in their time of need felt immensely rewarding and important.

BARBARA LARSEN – RN, WHNP-BC, CNM

Midwife

Barbara Larson received her Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees from Texas Woman’s University in Dallas and received her midwifery degree from Texas Tech University in Lubbock. In college and graduate school, Larson was part of Sigma Theta Tau, a nursing Honors Society. Recently, Larson was honored to be one of DFW Child Magazine’s Mom-Approved Midwives.

JANAE THOMAS – RN, CNM

Midwife

Janae Thomas is a Certified Nurse Midwife who has been in practice for three years. She graduated from Frontier Nursing University and is excited to provide care at MacArthur Medical Center.

Thomas is passionate about making sure that every woman who comes through her door has the best possible experience as they prepare to give birth to their children.

Urogynecology

KEVIN O’NEIL, MD

Physician

Dr. Kevin O’Neil was born in Hinesville, Georgia, and grew up in Binghamton, New York. While attending Hobart College in upstate New York, he received his B.S. in Biology (being elected to the Senior Honor Society) and started four years on the Statesman men’s basketball team.

NEHAL SHAH, MD

Physician

Nehal Shah M.D., FAAP, has served patients for nearly 15 years throughout the Dallas Metroplex. Born and raised in the area, she received her undergraduate degree from Austin College in Sherman and earned her medical degree from the Texas Tech University School of Medicine in Lubbock. She rounded out her education by earning an MBA in health organization management from Texas Tech University.

JULIO E. LEN, MD

Dr. Julio E. Len has been a pediatrician since 1996. After residency, he began to work as a private practice pediatrician, initially in El Paso, Texas; and in Dallas, Tx, since 1999. Dr. Len has over 20 years of experience pediatric practice and a solid reputation in the community.

Lauren chose to become a nurse practitioner because helping others is her passion. While she enjoys assisting various groups in healthcare, Lauren has a soft spot for positively impacting the lives and families of children.

Chelle Shepherd is an experienced nurse practitioner has dedicated her life to helping others. With music in her heart, Chelle played assistant horn with the Chattanooga Symphony Orchestra.
