Dr. Jeff Livingston joined MacArthur OB/GYN in 2003 and now serves as the CEO of MacArthur Medical Center He is a board certified obstetrician and gynecologist by the American Board of Obstetrics and Gynecology. Dr. Livingston grew up in Dallas graduating from J.J. Pearce High School. He then attended Trinity University in San Antonio, Texas where he played basketball and majored in Spanish. He then returned to Dallas to attend the University of Texas Southwestern Medical School. After completing his residency at Parkland Memorial Hospital, he moved to Irving to work with MacArthur OB/GYN. He is fluent in Spanish, sign language and functional french.

Dr. Livingston works closely with the Irving Independent School District on several committees and in 2009 received the Golden Apple Award in recognition of outstanding contributions to students and teachers. He received the 2012 Heroes for Children Award from the Texas State Board of Education for his public school volunteerism and his demonstration of character, heart and passion. He is a frequent speaker in the community on sexually transmitted disease prevention and teen pregnancy prevention.

Dr. Livingston serves on the Medical Advisory Board for HealthTap, where he is working to improve the quality of online health information and worldwide access to care.Dr. Livingston works primarily in our Irving office and delivers at Baylor Scott & White Irving.  He also has privileges at THR Harris HEB.  He operates at Texas Health Surgery Bedford.

Dr. Livingston serves as the Medical Director and Board Member of Texas Health Surgery Center of Bedford. He is the former Chairman of the OB/GYN Department at Baylor Medical Center of Irving and now serves on the medical board for Texas Health Resources Harris Methodist HEB. He is an advocate of use of social media in healthcare and has been featured in USA Today, Wired Magazine and Voice of America.

In addition to being a member of the Dallas Chapter of the Entrepreneurs Organization, he enjoys playing indoor soccer and spending time with his children.
