Dena completed her Masters and Graduated from UTSW Medical Center School of Nurse Midwifery and Texas Women’s University – Dallas in 1999. She has been working in nursing for 30 years, specializing in women’s health for over 20 years as a Certified Nurse-Midwife.

Dena believes that all women should have the freedom to make informed decisions about their healthcare. She is dedicated to providing compassionate care and ensuring that all women under her care have a safe and positive experience during one of the most significant and vulnerable periods of their lives.

In her free time, Dena enjoys spending time with her husband of 30 years, her three adult sons, and their dogs. She also loves traveling, coffee, cooking, and outdoor activities.
