MacArthur Medical Center cares about your safety
COVID cases are on the rise in our community. That is why we are maintaining our patient policies and requiring ALL patients and guests wear masks to their appointment.
All patients must enter the building with their mask on. Masks must be kept on during the office visit, while in our waiting areas, and in the patient exam rooms.
COVID is a respiratory illness that spreads easily through tiny droplets when we breath, speak, sneeze, and cough. Masks are proven effective in protecting ourselves and the people around us.
No adult guests are allowed into the Practice for the medical appointment.
Children age 2 and younger are allowed as long as they are in an infant carrier or stroller.
Sono Guest Policy – MacArthur Obstetrics
One fully vaccinated adult guest is allowed to accompany the patient for an obstetric sonography appointment.
Guest and patient must both wear a mask into the appointment and for the duration of the visit. (Vaccine verification for the guest will be required)
If the guest is not masked, they will not be allowed to join the sonography visit.
All patients are screened for COVID symptoms during their online pre-registration process.
It is important that patients answer the questions honestly.
If you are experiencing COVID symptoms is not necessarily mean you won’t be seen by your provider. Being honest will help MMC provide proper care to all patients.
Thank you for your cooperation and for helping MacArthur Medical Center continue to provide the very best care.
