Every day I try to incorporate each team value-But I do have one that stands out to be the most Teamwork. I had four new girls start all in the same week to train, and of course, I could not have all four girls sit with me at one desk. Each new girl sat with one of the other girls at check out. The four new girls observe each employee at the checkout and show them the ropes of being in 500. Fast forward a week later; these four new girls were terrified and uncertain of starting the obstetric queue in the call center. After they had a week of training, they showed that they could handle calls. Despite being scared, everyone in the call centered ensured them that they were there to help if needed. On that day, as a team, we were able to get the queue down and had a less abandoned rate. Without the help and patience of the front office and everyone in the call center, I don’t think we would have had a good turnout, but we did. Why? Because we are a Team.
