No-Show

and Late Cancellation Policy

No-Show and Late Cancellation Policy

We understand that situations arise, and you may need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. We kindly ask that you notify us as early as possible, and no later than 48 hours before your scheduled appointment. This allows us to offer that time to another patient who may be waiting for care.

Late Cancellations

If you cancel your appointment with less than 48 hours’ notice, you may be subject to a cancellation fee. We hope to avoid this, and your timely notification will help us serve others in need of care.

No-Show Policy

A No-Show occurs when a patient fails to attend their appointment without providing any prior notification.

Three or More No-Shows: Patients who fail to attend their appointments without notice on three (3) or more occasions within a 12-month period may be dismissed from the practice and will not be scheduled for future appointments.

We understand that unforeseen circumstances can occur, and we will consider these situations on a case-by-case basis. Our goal is to provide timely and quality care to all of our patients, and your cooperation in keeping appointments or providing advance notice of cancellations helps us achieve this.

Thank you for your understanding and support.
