Highly recommend Macarthur OBGYN! Elia Fanous has been my doctor for 11 years. He is awesome and really takes the time to talk to his patients. I had endometriosis several years ago and he did my laparoscopy procedure. Surgery and aftercare were very easy and he was very attentive and so caring! I’m now pregnant with my first baby and he and his staff have been so awesome! He answers all my questions and really helps with my anxiety. There are two facilities one in Las Colinas and one in Irving. Macarthur OBGYN staff is always great and offices are always very clean!
